We know that shopping online can be confusing so to help make it a little easier we have some of our most popular questions all here for you to look over. If you cant find what your looking for, contact us by Phone, Email or Twitter.

Do I send you my phone?

Yes. Our free postage service means within 72 hours of placing your order you will receive a prepaid bubble-wrap envelope. Just pop your phone in the envelope and put it in the post for 1st class delivery. Alternatively we can provide a mobile repair service but this may be subject to additional costing and availability.

How quickly will it be done?

 

We aim to make all repairs within 72 hours of recieving the order although this may vary depending on the work that needs to be carried out and stock of parts.

Will it affect my manufacturer warranty?
 

Unfortunatly only the manufacturer themselves can provide repairs to any device whilst maintaining any warranty it has left. Although we operate a professional solution for repairing your device, we can not retain your manufacturers warranty when replacing parts. All work carried out does carry a 30 day GadgetLord warranty.

Will I lose my data?

We always reccomend backing up your valueble data whenever possible and can suggest ways to do this for you. Should we expect a loss of data when repairing your device, we will notify you before any work is carried out but in most circumstances we will endevour to help save your data for you although we cannot be held accountable for any losses made.

How can I pay?
